Shipping updates 12/19:
USPS and UPS orders placed from Thursday afternoon 12/14 to Monday 12/18 are experiencing delays due to the massive storm that hit the East Coast on Sunday 12/17 and Monday 12/18.
Orders placed between 12/11 and 12/15 via USPS are taking longer than normal to scan and update tracking.
We know it's important if you are buying gifts for someone this holiday season that they show up on time. We ship from the northeast so transit times will vary depending on where you are located. For US customers, we suggest placing orders of in-stock items using UPS 3 Day Select for the fastest shipping option by Monday 12/18.
Note: There can always be unexpected delays due to weather and higher volume shipping can add to processing and pick-up times.
Order Processing Times:
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually shipped out within 2 days except for orders placed Friday through Sunday, which do not get processed until Monday and are picked up by USPS or UPS on Tuesday.
US Customers:
Media Mail via USPS for vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes is usually the cheapest option but can take longer this time of year. Transit times are 2 to 10 business days.
Faster Options for Continental US Customers:
UPS Ground transit times: 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.
UPS 3 Day Select transit times: 3 business days* (from the time it gets picked up)
USPS Ground Advantage transit times: 2 to 6 business days and time is calculated from the time the post office picks up.
International customers:
USPS Priority Mail International 8 to 12 business days. (Customs can delay this)
USPS Priority Mail Express International 3 to 7 business days (Customs can delay this)
*We have noticed there can be delays in tracking updates from USPS after you receive your shipping and tracking confirmation number. Allow for a few days for your USPS tracking to update after receiving a shipping confirmation.
